DEPUTY Prime Minister Dominic Raab defended the UK’s refusal of enforcing a ‘no-fly zone’ over Ukraine over the risk it could draw NATO into conflict.

Dominic Raab told Sky News: “We are not going to either get ourselves into direct military conflict with Russia or feed into Vladimir Putin’s war narrative.”
