πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ Set a time limit for yourself.
Setting aside a small period, such as five or ten minutes, can be helpful if you’re just getting started.

πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ Please take a seat or lie down.
Look for a nice, peaceful place to sit or lie down. You can sit in a chair with your feet on the floor, you can sit loosely cross-legged, you can kneel or lie down, just make sure you are steady, relaxed and in a position, you can stay in for a while.

πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ Take note of your body and listen to the beautiful, relaxing music.

πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ Feel your breath
Follow the feeling of your breath as it goes in and as it goes out.

πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ Feel your body
Feel your body relaxing starting with your head and neck. Then shoulders, chest, stomach, arms, hands, hips, legs and feet.

πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ Take note when your mind starts wondering.
Unavoidably, your attention will leave the breath and start roaming. When you notice this, return your attention to your breathing.

πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ Your mind may often wonder – don’t worry!

πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ Closing down when your time is up.
Wiggle your toes, fingers and open your eyes. Now slowly stand up.

The frequency with which you meditate is entirely up to you. Some people prefer to Meditate once a day, while others prefer to Meditate for a little time in the morning followed by a lengthier time in the evening.

Meditating multiple times, a day can help you avoid overthinking and keep your mind calm and stress-free – throughout the day.
